We are opening a new Research Associate position in the attosecond science team at the Center for Free-Electron Laser Science (CFEL) in Hamburg. In the CFEL-ATTO group, we develop advanced attosecond technology to track and control electron dynamics in matter. Our approach enables real-time observation of electronic processes and manipulation of properties at the atomic scale. The Research Associate will conduct experiments combining tunable few-femtosecond UV-vis and attosecond soft X-ray pulses with liquid jet technology, as well as measurements at large-scale facilities to control matter’s functionality with laser light.
