Start date: 01.08.2025, fixed until 30.06.2028 (This is a fixed-term contract in accordance with Section 2 of the academic fixed-term labor contract act [Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz, WissZeitVG]).

Scope of work: part-time
Weekly hours: 75 % of standard work hours per week
Duties include academic services in the project named above. Research associates may also pursue independent research and further academic qualifications.
Carrying out guided research as part of the above project to obtain a doctoral degree. Participation and help in organization of scientific activities of the group such as seminars, block courses, workshops.
A university degree in a relevant field.
A strong background in mathematics or mathematical physics is required. Preferably a solid knowledge in one or more of the following: commutative algebra, representation theory, differential and algebraic geometry, modular forms, quantum field theory and string theory.
