Your responsibilities

Research associates will be expected primarily to teach and conduct research. The research associate will also have the opportunity to pursue further academic qualifications, in particular a doctoral dissertation. At least one-third of set working hours will be made available for the research associate’s own academic work.

All of our research and transfer projects focus on organization and management. You will analyze current challenges using scientifically rigorous methods and develop innovative design solutions. You will also have the opportunity to present your findings at international conferences and publish in international journals.

3 LVS per semester.


Your profile

A university degree in a relevant field.

Are you highly motivated and do you hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Organizational) Psychology, or Administrative Sciences? If so, you’ll be a great fit for our team! You should also have excellent language skills in German or English, along with strong analytical abilities. Experience—whether theoretical or practical—in digitalization and knowledge transfer is a plus.
